As the first global expansion for Permanently Unique Group, Tattu Dubai marks a significant milestone for the UK-based hospitality collective, founded by brothers Adam and Drew Jones. Renowned for crafting unique dining experiences, the group has built standout venues in the UK, including Modern Asian flagship Tattu, Modern Greek-Mediterranean Fenix and Fine Italian-American live music venue, Louis.

Its Dubai outpost debuts a bold new chapter with a triad of interconnected venues at the peak of Ciel Tower. Tattu Dubai will comprise Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge. Each space tells its own story through dramatic interiors, boundary-pushing cuisine and sensorial moments that blur the line between fantasy and reality.

Tattu Restaurant & Bar

Where the Tattu story begins in Dubai, the restaurant at level 74 invites guests into a dramatic world of ancient mythology and modern mastery. Expect Tattu’s signature design – opulent and atmospheric alongside refined à la carte and tasting menus that celebrate the evolution of contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame spectacular views over Dubai Marina and the Palm, while the Sunset Lounge offers an unrivalled view of Dubai’s incredible golden hour.

Tattu Sky Pool 

Set to become Dubai’s most coveted destination, Tattu Sky Pool is officially the world’s highest infinity pool and the new go-to destination. Located on the 76th floor, this dramatic open-air oasis features 50 plush daybeds, premium bottle service and Japanese-fusion flavours. Delivering tailored experiences for every moment of the day and night – sunrise poolside lounging, breakfast rituals, sundown energy and late-night revelry with DJ-led events.

Tattu Sky Lounge & Terrace 

The crescendo of the Tattu Dubai experience. The Sky Lounge is where sophistication, energy and elevation meet.
