Skybound Wealth Names Savills As Preferred Property Partner
Skybound Wealth has appointed Savills as a preferred partner for property related advice across its international offices, strengthening the support available to clients considering property as part of their wider financial plans.
The relationship will focus predominantly on the residential market, with the UK expected to remain a key area of interest for Skybound’s international client base. UK property has long attracted international and expatriate investors looking for an established market in which to hold capital, generate income and build long term wealth, and the relationship with Savills will provide Skybound clients with access to specialist market knowledge, research and residential opportunities.
Through its network of advisers, Skybound will be able to introduce clients to Savills property specialists when a requirement arises, while continuing to consider those decisions within the context of each client’s broader financial position, funding requirements and long term objectives.
While the UK residential market will be a primary focus, the relationship is not limited to the UK. Skybound advises clients across multiple international markets and their property requirements can often extend beyond one country or region. Having Savills as a preferred property partner means that when clients consider opportunities elsewhere, including the UAE, Europe and other international markets, Skybound is better positioned to connect them with relevant local expertise through Savills’ wider global network.
The relationship further strengthens Skybound Property & Finance by giving advisers access to specialist property expertise alongside the firm’s existing wealth planning and lending capabilities, allowing property to form part of a broader and more informed financial planning conversation.
Mike Coady, CEO of Skybound Wealth Management Group, said:
“Property is an important part of the financial lives of many of our clients, whether they are investing, purchasing a home or considering opportunities across different international markets.
“Having Savills as a preferred property partner gives our advisers access to specialist expertise when those conversations arise. The UK will naturally remain an important market for many of our clients, while the strength of Savills’ international network means we are also better positioned to support clients whose property requirements take them into other markets.
“This is ultimately about strengthening the range of expertise available to our advisers and ensuring our clients can access the right specialist support when property forms part of their wider financial plans.”
