KORO Development Completes And Hands Over KORO One, Its First Residential Community
KORO Development has announced the completion and handover of KORO One, the brand’s inaugural residential development. Completed in March 2026, with handovers commencing in June 2026, the milestone marks the beginning of KORO’s residential portfolio and the next chapter in ALTA Real Estate Development’s continued expansion across Dubai.
