Dubai’s Top 50 Homes 2025 Officially Opens For Nominations, Celebrating Design, Architecture, And The Art Of Exceptional Living
Dubai’s most anticipated design and architecture competition has entered its third year, opening nominations for the 2025 edition. Presented by PRIME by betterhomes, Dubai’s Top 50 Homes celebrates the residences that capture the art of modern living through creativity, innovation, and design excellence.
Submissions are now open at top50homes.com for homeowners, architects, and interior designers seeking to have their work recognised among Dubai’s most remarkable addresses.
Defining a new era in design
The 2025 edition was unveiled at an exclusive launch event attended by leading figures from Dubai’s property, design, and architecture industries. A highlight of this year’s reveal was the announcement of DHB Holding as the official sponsor of the Design Category Awards, reinforcing the competition’s dedication to championing excellence in interior design and creative innovation.
“Dubai’s luxury property market is entering a phase of maturity and global confidence,” said Louis Harding, CEO of betterhomes.
“Dubai’s Top 50 Homes has evolved in parallel, from a design competition into a platform that brings together ultra-high-net-worth individuals, developers, and designers shaping the next era of modern living. The level of creativity we see each year is extraordinary, and this year’s partnership with DHB adds even greater depth to what the competition stands for.”
A platform with global reach
Following a landmark year, Dubai’s Top 50 Homes continues to expand its international presence. In 2024, the competition received over 400 nominations, generated more than 5 million impressions, and attracted votes from 70 countries, underscoring Dubai’s growing influence on the global design stage.
As the platform enters its third year, it remains a space where architecture, craftsmanship, and culture converge, celebrating homes that transcend luxury to become statements of artistry and intent.
