The community is also home to Malibu Beach where residents can enjoy the wave pool and splash pads, lazy river, VIP and regular cabanas, big-screen TV, juice bar, beach volleyball court, BBQ pits, kids’ play area, surround sound system and DJ. The community has also opened two nurseries and its community includes a Carrefour grocery store, restaurants, and other retail outlets.
The developer launched its third master development in Dubai — DAMAC Lagoons in late 2021, and it has already earned the accolade of being the UAE’s first pre-certified LEED Platinum community development under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Cities and Communities Rating System.
