Imtiaz Developments Partners With Technogym For KORE, Its New Wellness Focused Residential Project In Dubai

Imtiaz Developments has announced a partnership with Technogym, a leading company in fitness, wellness, sport and health, to introduce an integrated fitness experience at KORE by Imtiaz, its new residential development in Dubailand.

The partnership was marked by an official signing ceremony at the Imtiaz Developments Experience Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, bringing together representatives from both organisations to formalise their shared vision of making fitness and wellness an integral part of everyday residential living.

The collaboration forms a central part of KORE’s positioning as a residence designed around human performance and longevity. Rather than treating fitness as an additional amenity, Imtiaz Developments has approached the project with the belief that the built environment can actively encourage healthier habits, better movement and more balanced lifestyles.

Built around three interconnected pillars, Train, Nourish and Recover, KORE brings together architecture, fitness technology, nutrition and recovery experiences to create a residential environment where wellness becomes part of the daily routine.

At the centre of the development is a dedicated 3,200 sq. ft. signature training environment, designed with Technogym and supported by Raw Theory. The facility will feature approximately 50 pieces of fitness equipment covering cardiovascular exercise, strength training, functional fitness and mobility.

Through Technogym’s connected ecosystem, residents will have access to intelligent training equipment, digital services and personalised fitness programmes designed to support individual goals and track progress over time.

The space will also incorporate Technogym Checkup, the assessment station powered by AI that evaluates key parameters including body composition, mobility, balance and strength, providing users with a personalised Wellness Age™ and tailored training programmes to support their health, fitness and longevity goals..e. These insights can be translated into personalised training programmes through Technogym’s AI Coach, creating a more informed and individual approach to fitness.

Located in Dubailand, KORE will offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom residences, bringing together contemporary residential design with a comprehensive approach to active living.

Beyond the fitness facilities, KORE incorporates a range of features intended to encourage movement and support overall wellbeing.

One such feature is The Hike, an architectural concept that transforms the building’s staircase into an active lifestyle experience, encouraging residents to incorporate additional movement into their daily routines.

The development will also feature padel facilities, swimming pools and dedicated spaces for yoga and movement, creating opportunities for residents to remain active throughout the day.

Nutrition forms another important part of the concept. An edible garden and a communal Harvest Table are designed to encourage healthier food choices and bring residents together around shared wellness experiences.
