It was launched in 2013 with the aim of making it easier for citizens and residents to access government services online. The portal provides access to a wide range of services, including visas and residence permits, education and healthcare, taxation and finance, employment and social services, business registration and licensing, transport and infrastructure, environment and sustainability. The portal is available in Arabic and English, and it can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.
